The action of these individuals is permissible from the perspective of jurisprudential rules, but they did not follow the . The pilgrim should perform his rituals as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, performed them, for he said: "Take your rituals from me." Therefore, the pilgrim should remain in Mina day and night and not leave it to rest outside. Hajj is but a few days, and hardship in it is an act of obedience. The Hajj of one who does this is deficient due to not following the Sunnah.
