Is it permissible for a man to take back his divorced wife after divorcing her with three pronouncements of divorce through a court decree, given her consent, her need for assistance, and the presence of their child?

A woman who has been divorced three times is not permitted to return to her husband until she marries another man, as Allah Almighty says: "And if he has divorced her [for the third time], then she is not lawful to him afterward until she marries another husband." Her poverty or the presence of children does not affect this ruling.

The husband must provide for her and their children.

The judge's re-establishment of the marriage is invalid if it is confirmed that the three divorces occurred, because it is impermissible to contradict a clear text from the Quran or Sunnah.

However, if the judge annuls some of the divorces based on juristic considerations, such as the divorce occurring during menstruation or uttering three divorces with a single pronouncement, then his ruling may be acted upon.
