What is the ruling on working in a field that prohibits wearing the شرعي (legally prescribed) hijab, and is that considered to be toying with religion?

The hijab is an obligation upon the Muslim woman, and it is not permissible to remove it for work or any other reason. There is no obedience to parents in disobeying the Creator. A Muslim woman must avoid mixing with men due to the temptations and evils it entails. Therefore, it is not permissible to remain in a job that requires such mixing, and whoever gives up something for the sake of Allah, Allah will compensate them with something better.
