Was the small amount of blood that came out of the 10-year-old girl, before she reached puberty, menstruation, or was it caused by damage to the hymen due to the strong force of water during ablution (istinja’)?
The hymen may be broken by a jump, or inserting a finger, or severe menstruation, or a strong gush of water, and the like. As long as the woman is chaste, she is not required to inform her husband of this.
