Is it permissible for a virgin girl to remove excess hair, including hair from sensitive areas, for the purpose of 'Umrah, and when is the correct time to do so?

It is prescribed for one whose house is before the Miqat to delay the Ihram until he reaches it, even though performing Ihram before the Miqat is valid. It is sunnah for one intending Ihram to cleanse oneself by removing hair such as pubic and underarm hair, trimming the mustache, and clipping the nails, in preparation for Ihram. However, once one begins the rites (of pilgrimage), it is not permissible to remove anything from one's hair or nails.
