How can one deal with a husband who engages in illicit relationships and does not resist women, especially with concerns about the safety of the daughters inside the home?

To rectify deviations, one must focus on strengthening faith, reforming hearts, and perfecting prayer, for prayer prohibits immorality and wrongdoing. The remembrance of Allah is a fortress against Satan. Moreover, remembering the Afterlife curbs desires. It is necessary to advise the husband and guide him towards righteous deeds, to associate with good people, to listen to beneficial tapes, and to keep company with the righteous. One can also seek assistance from committed brothers to help him. Additionally, one should pray for his guidance and provide means of entertainment and excitement to attract him, prevent the maid from adorning herself (تبرج), avoid choosing a beautiful maid, and emphasize to her not to mix with men. Wives should cooperate in guiding their husbands and helping them to become upright, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, praised the wife who assists her husband in his religion and his Afterlife, and he invoked mercy upon the woman who awakens her husband for night prayers. Furthermore, there must be mutual exhortation to truth, enjoining good and forbidding evil, and cooperating in righteousness and piety.
