If the wife leaves her husband's home without his permission and prevents him from honoring his parents and spending on them, she is disobedient in two ways: her leaving without her husband's permission, and her effort to prevent him from honoring his parents. She must repent and return to obedience to her husband, and cease preventing him from honoring his parents.
