There is no objection to subscribing to government social security and benefiting from its services, if the intention behind it is cooperation and assistance, not profit and exchange, provided its conditions are adhered to. Deception in paying or receiving from it is forbidden, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Muslims are bound by their conditions."
