What is the ruling on participating in a social security system that deducts 25,000 Tomans monthly from an Iranian worker abroad, knowing that the prescribed amount is 90,000 Tomans, and this participation results in obtaining a treatment booklet with certain discounts, and a monthly salary upon disability or retirement, or for heirs after death?

There is no objection to subscribing to government social security and benefiting from its services, if the intention behind it is cooperation and assistance, not profit and exchange, provided its conditions are adhered to. Deception in paying or receiving from it is forbidden, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Muslims are bound by their conditions."
