If the house is spacious and has separate facilities that enable the husband's brother and his maternal cousin to live in a room with a separate entrance, then the wife has no right to object. However, if the house is small and its facilities are shared, then she has the right to object because she is entitled to independent housing. As for hospitality, she has no right to object to it unless it leads to a forbidden شرعي (religiously unlawful) act, and its duration is three days. The spouses are advised to consider each other's circumstances, and to compromise and forgive in matters that do not violate the شرع (Islamic law), in order to increase love and harmony.
