Is it obligatory to repeat the prayers that were performed after the cessation of bleeding from an internal mouth wound, given the persistence of a taste from a substance emanating from the wound, and the swallowing of saliva that may have mixed with that substance?

As long as you did not intentionally do something that invalidates the prayer, you are not required to repeat it. Eating and drinking a small amount out of forgetfulness or ignorance does not invalidate the prayer, due to the Almighty's saying: "And there is no blame upon you for that in which you have erred, but [only for] what your hearts intended." It could also be said that swallowing something like this does not invalidate the prayer because it is something that saliva carries. Therefore, you are not required to make up any of the prayers.
