What is the ruling on working for a company that programs an electronic system for a family court that judges according to Sharia among Muslims, and according to non-Muslim laws (such as equality between male and female in inheritance) among them, and does this constitute aiding in judging by other than what Allah has revealed, and what is the ruling on the salary earned from this work?

There is no objection to using this electronic system, which is utilized by Muslims and non-Muslims alike. It is preferable for a Muslim judge, if non-Muslims come to him to arbitrate between them, to refer them to the judges of their own faith. If organizational matters necessitate registering the ruling in the courts themselves, this is not considered judging between them by their law, but rather enabling them to judge among themselves by their own law.
