Is studying commercial law in Egypt permissible or forbidden, knowing that Egyptian law does not apply Islamic Sharia, and I do not know if commercial law in it contains rulings that contradict Islamic Sharia?

It is forbidden to study commercial law with the intention of working with it and disseminating it among people, due to its contradiction with the rulings of Islamic in some of its articles, unless the intention is to compare Sharia with man-made laws to demonstrate the greatness of Sharia.
