There is no objection to marriage despite the presence of burn scars, as long as it does not result in harm that affects the purpose of marriage. In this case, there is no obligation to disclose it. However, it is preferable to disclose it to avoid future disputes. If the burn scar is repulsive, disclosure is obligatory. It is permissible, Islamically, to perform cosmetic surgeries to remove the disfigurement caused by the burn.
