Is it permissible for a girl who was raped as a child and has acne scars on her body to accept marriage to a committed young man without informing him of what happened to her previously, especially since her family is unaware of her rape and rejects the idea of her refusing the young man?

If the suitor is a man of religion and good character, accept marriage from him. There is no need to inform him of the loss of virginity before marriage, as there is no benefit in doing so. If he asks after marriage, feign ignorance and use ambiguity (tawriya), as virginity can be lost due to many reasons, such as falling, riding on something sharp, severe menstruation, or inserting a finger. If you are compelled to lie for fear of divorce, it is permissible. For one who committed adultery and repented, there is no need to inform her husband, and she is permitted to lie for the sake of concealment (ستر). One who was raped or lost her virginity before reaching the age of accountability is even more entitled to concealment.
