Is it permissible for a girl who has been raped to conceal this from her suitor, knowing that she fears hurting her parents and fears not finding a husband who will care for her if he learns what happened?

If rape occurs without your fault, there is no sin upon you. You are not required to inform a suitor about what happened unless he stipulates virginity. If you are asked about fornication, deny it, because the loss of virginity can be due to reasons other than fornication. You should make abundant supplication and turn sincerely to Allah to facilitate a righteous husband for you. There is no harm in a woman offering herself for marriage to a righteous man she desires, while observing the necessity of caution against the causes of rape, such as being alone with non-mahram men and being in suspicious places.
