What is the ruling of Islam on the marriage of a girl who has been raped, what should she do in this regard, and is it permissible for her to resort to the medical solution offered to her after informing the suitor about it?

You are not obligated to inform the suitor about what happened to you, and concealing it is not deception or fraud unless he stipulates virginity. In that case, you must inform him that you are not a virgin without stating the reason, because there are multiple reasons for the loss of virginity. Ask Allah to facilitate the matter, and do not undergo a hymen repair surgery because it is deception and fraud, and it involves exposing your 'awrah (intimate parts) unnecessarily.
