Is working in newspaper directing for a magazine in one of the Gulf countries forbidden (haram) if it does not rely on indecent or inappropriate pictures?

As for the ruling on photographic images, the preponderant opinion is that they are permissible as long as they are not of something impermissible to look at, such as photographing women without necessity or photographing private parts. Publishing such images in newspapers is forbidden because it is a greater means of spreading discord and evil.
