Is it permissible to marry the daughter of the maternal aunt if the aunt breastfed the suitor twice when he was young, and these two times were not enough to satisfy him?

It is permissible to marry a maternal aunt's daughter in this case, because the prohibition due to suckling is not established except by five known sucklings, according to the saying of Aisha, may Allah be pleased with her: "Among what was revealed in the Quran were ten known sucklings that make marriage unlawful, then they were abrogated by five known sucklings." This is what Al-Shafi'i and his companions adopted, contrary to the majority of scholars who believe that the prohibition is established by a single suckling, and some by three sucklings. Sheikh Ibn Baz and Sheikh Ibn Uthaymeen affirmed that the prohibition is not established by fewer than five sucklings, which must occur before weaning and before the completion of two years, and in case of doubt about the number, the lesser amount is taken.
