Is Al-Basit among the Names of Allah Almighty, and is it permissible to supplicate to Him using it individually?

"Al-Basit" (The Expander) is one of Allah's Beautiful Names, and it is established in the noble Prophetic Hadith: "Indeed, Allah is The Controller of Prices, The Withholder, The Expander, The Provider." Some of Allah's Names are mentioned paired with their opposites to avoid any impression of deficiency, such as "Al-Mu'izz, Al-Mudhill" (The Bestower of Honor, The Humiliator) and "Al-Qabid, Al-Basit" (The Withholder, The Expander). Some scholars hold that Names whose individual mention does not imply deficiency can be used alone, like "Al-Mu'ti" (The Giver), while others prefer their pairing for the sake of complete perfection. Therefore, there is no harm in saying "Ya Basit" (O Expander), but it is better to say it paired with "Al-Qabid" (The Withholder).
