What is the ruling regarding a Muslim woman working as a nurse in a hospital where she sees and hears things that are impermissible for a Muslim woman to see and hear, knowing that all staff members are women?

A Muslim must denounce evil with his hand; if he cannot, then with his tongue; if he cannot, then with his heart, and that is the weakest of faith. If the evil is some nurses looking at patients' private parts without necessity, then you must advise them. A Muslim must not sit with those who commit evil deeds, for Allah Almighty says: "And indeed, He has sent down to you in the Book that when you hear the verses of Allah being denied and ridiculed, do not sit with them until they engage in another conversation. Indeed, in that case, you would be like them."
