What is the ruling on cutting off the hand of someone who resorted to plucking the hair from his head—and became bald—due to the oppression inflicted upon him?

Provisions are solely in the hands of Allah. Therefore, a Muslim must be patient and refrain from acts of discontent with Allah's decree, for Allah Almighty says: "And there is no creature on earth but that upon Allah is its provision," and He says: "Is there any creator other than Allah who provides for you from the heaven and earth?" And the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Indeed, the Holy Spirit breathed into my heart that no soul will die until it completes its provision and its appointed term. So, fear Allah and be graceful in seeking." Thus, a Muslim must be patient and turn to Allah through supplication.
