Is raising the voices of shaykhs and preachers in mosques during lectures considered a lack of respect for Allah and the place?

Mosques must be protected from idle talk, disputes, and raising voices with disliked speech. However, it is permissible to raise one's voice with what is permissible or recommended, such as knowledge (learning/teaching). This is the view of Shafi'i, Abu Hanifa, and Ahmad. Malik, however, disliked raising one's voice in the mosque, whether for knowledge or anything else, except for conveying a message.
