Is it permissible to publish good books and lectures, overlooking the few errors they contain if drawing attention to them is not accepted, and were early scholars tolerant in this regard?

No book or lecture is free from errors and oversights; the only book free from these is the Holy Quran. Publishing religious materials falls under the category of calling people to Allah. If the preacher or Sheikh is known for the soundness of his creed and good conduct, then there is no harm in disseminating his beneficial content without meticulously checking every lecture or book for minor and excusable errors. Otherwise, nothing good would ever be published.
