Is Hajj obligatory for a woman who has a suckling infant whom it is difficult to take with her, or is it permissible for her to postpone it?

There is no blame upon a woman who needs to care for her children if she postpones Hajj until next year. This is because some scholars do not consider Hajj to be immediately obligatory, and because her care for her children is a great good, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "And the woman is a guardian in her husband's house and is responsible for her guardianship."
