A woman's speech with non-mahram (definition) men is permissible out of necessity, provided she does not use a soft or alluring tone. However, if there is no necessity, it is a door to temptation and corruption, especially for a young woman. For this reason, some scholars prohibited a young woman from speaking to non-mahram men without necessity. Therefore, as long as the work is voluntary, it is not considered a valid necessity, and you should limit your conversations to women.
