Does the divorce take effect if a man has intercourse with his wife after saying, "I divorce you that I will no longer touch you"?

It is not permissible for a wife to refuse her husband's bed without a valid Sharia excuse, as stated in the Hadith: "If a man invites his wife to his bed and she refuses, and he spends the night angry with her, the angels curse her until the morning." Your divorce is binding according to the majority of scholars. If it was the first or second divorce, you may take her back before her waiting period (iddah) expires, and your conjugal relations with her are considered a reconciliation. However, if it was the third divorce, she is unlawful for you until she marries another man. It is best to present the matter to the Sharia courts.
