Does the owner of the effort, management, and customers bear alone the wages of the workers in the factory?

As long as you are only contributing work, and the capital comes from the other two partners, this falls under the category of Mudarabah (definition) (partnership where one provides capital and the other labor). You cannot be obligated to pay the workers' wages. Rather, the workers' wages should come from the Mudarabah capital, because the workers' labor does not fall within the scope of the agent's (Mudarib's) expertise. The Mudarib is required to personally undertake what is customarily undertaken by a Mudarib. However, what a Mudarib does not customarily undertake is not his responsibility, and he may hire someone to do it, with the wages coming from the Mudarabah capital.
