Is it permissible for a Muslim to get angry and shout at his father if his father insults the religion, given that the father is aware of the prohibition of usury and his consumption of it? What is the expiation for this sin? Should the son leave the house in response to his father's wish or not? And how can the son overcome emotional reactions when injustice occurs?

Cursing religion by the father is an act of disbelief that necessitates his apostasy. If he does not repent, it becomes obligatory for the mother to separate from him. Advising the father is a religious obligation and is not considered disobedience. As for the son shouting at his father, atonement for this is achieved through remorse and a firm resolve not to repeat such an act. Anger does not lift accountability as long as the person is aware of what he is saying, and it originates from Satan. There is no objection to the son living independently, provided that he is able to care for his mother and sister.
