What is the relationship between the two Hadiths: "Every innovation is a misguidance, and every misguidance is in the Fire" and "Whoever does an action that is not in accordance with our matter, it is rejected," and the innovative divorce (talaq bid'i), which is agreed upon as forbidden but disagreed upon in its legal ruling?

"Jurists divide divorce into Sunnah (in accordance with the Prophet's tradition) and Bid‘ah (innovative and unlawful). Sunnah divorce is that which conforms to the Sharia, occurring during a period of purity (Tuhr) in which no sexual intercourse has taken place, and consists of a single pronouncement. Bid‘ah divorce, conversely, is that which contravenes the Sharia, occurring during menstruation or a period of purity in which sexual intercourse has taken place, or involves more than one pronouncement. Scholars have reached a consensus on the prohibition of Bid‘ah divorce, based on Allah's saying: (Divorce them for their prescribed periods)."
