Is it permissible to attribute "zann" (conjecture/assumption/expectation) to Allah Almighty, such as by saying: "Be at Allah's zann of you" or "at the excellence of Allah's zann of you"?

The expression "Allah thought" or "Allah's thought" (ظن الله) is false and reprehensible. It is impermissible to attribute thought (ظن) to Allah, and it should not be said that Allah thought such and such, or that Allah thought well of someone.
