Is a husband sinful if he takes another dwelling for his wife and children, away from problems with his mother, while remaining dutiful to her?

The jurists stipulated that a wife has the right to an independent dwelling, and she is not obligated to live with her husband's relatives. The husband must provide this dwelling for her according to his capacity. The wife is not obligated to serve her husband's family; if she does so voluntarily, she will be rewarded. The husband should reconcile between his wife and his family.
