What is the ruling on a sister quarreling with her older sister, and should the older sister visit her younger sister or should the younger sister visit her sister, knowing that they are married to two brothers?

Islam is keen on fostering good relations among Muslims, especially relatives. The discord that occurs between two sisters is from the whispers of Satan. The one who is in the wrong should initiate the visit and apologize. If each claims to be innocent, then the younger should take the lead out of respect for the elder. The best of those who shun each other is the one who initiates the greeting of peace. It is not permissible for the two sisters to shun each other, as it constitutes cutting off ties of kinship. If visiting is not possible, then at the very least, they should communicate or exchange gifts to maintain the connection.
