If the land is still in your possession and has not been disposed of, then you are obligated to enable the heirs to take their share of it. However, if it has been disposed of through sale or similar means, and it is not possible to return it, then you must pay the value of their share of the land on the day of its disposal, in addition to compensating them for the loss of their benefit from their share in that land, because the usurper is liable for the rent of the land from the time of its usurpation until the time of its delivery.
