Is it permissible for a non-mahram man to shake hands with, kiss the hand of, or kiss the head or face of a married woman under the pretext of showing respect, and is it permissible for him to ask her to dance after obtaining her husband's permission?

It is absolutely impermissible for a woman to go out adorned and perfumed, and for her husband to adorn her so that people may see her beauty. This act is a form of cuckoldry (dayāthah), leads to temptation (fitnah), and may result in the woman's infidelity and divorce. The Shari'ah has established clear boundaries between the sexes to prevent such corruptions. Describing such societies as "advanced" is incorrect; for contradicting religion is backwardness and regression, and true advancement lies in adhering to Allah's law, His Book, and the Sunnah of His Prophet.
