Is it permissible for a girl to remove her khimar while adhering to Islamic legal guidelines, especially since wearing it in her region is associated with married women?

"Khula (definition)' al-Khimar" refers to a woman uncovering her head, or part of it, or her neck, in front of non-mahram (definition) men. This is forbidden and impermissible. There is no distinction in this regard between a married and an unmarried woman. A woman's laxity in modesty and proper covering is a great evil and a significant corruption. Allah has commanded women to observe hijab (definition) to protect them and to preserve the purity of society. Therefore, a believing woman must prioritize the command of her Lord over her own desires, for opposing one's whims to please Allah is the path to happiness.
