Are abundant, intermittent, and irregular vaginal discharges considered among the reasons for a woman to be deemed as having سلس (incontinence)?

If the discharge stops at a known time, sufficient for purification and prayer, then one must wait for this time. However, if it does not stop for a sufficient time, or if the time of its cessation is unknown and fluctuating, then the person afflicted with this condition is treated like someone with incontinence ( سلس); she performs ablution after the time for prayer has begun and prays with that ablution the obligatory prayer and whatever supererogatory prayers she wishes.
