Is it permissible to accept an annual foreign assignment, consisting of an itinerary and tickets, for fifty days from the employer as a reward for efforts?

If the asker will receive the financial value of the secondment without actually carrying it out, as a known bonus in his workplace, then there is no objection to accepting it, unless its entitlement is conditional on actual travel.
