Is it permissible for a mother to substitute two medications in a prescription with one medication not prescribed by the doctor, in order to be compensated for the money, knowing that she has the right to be compensated for this medication? And what is the ruling on collecting medicine labels to obtain a prescription for monetary compensation for someone who did not use them?

Allah Almighty commanded the fulfillment of contracts, saying: "O you who have believed, fulfill [all] contracts." The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Muslims are bound by their conditions." Therefore, it is not permissible to violate the conditions that regulate the utilization of health insurance and the like; due to the generality of these evidences, and because such an act involves deception and lying, which are forbidden by Islamic law.
