Is it permissible for a worshipper to stand on a pillow during prayer due to pain in his feet?

There is no harm in praying on a pillow or similar item, as long as theer is stable. Scholars have permitted praying on mats, rugs, and all other pure surfaces, citing the actions of the Companions as evidence for this.
