Since you fasted this day, your obligation for it has been fulfilled, and you are not required to repeat it. This is because doubt concerning an act of worship after its completion has no effect. Similarly, supplicating at the time of breaking the fast is recommended, but omitting it does not affect the validity of the fast. You must turn away from obsessive whispers and not succumb to them.
