Which is better: praying Tarawih in the mosque or at home, as the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, prayed it?

Performing Tarawih prayer in congregation at the mosque is better than performing it at home. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, prayed Tarawih in congregation, then he stopped doing so, fearing that it would be made obligatory for the Ummah. Umar ibn al-Khattab revived this Sunnah and gathered the people behind Ubayy ibn Ka'b and Tamim al-Dari.
