How is an inheritance that includes real estate, cash, and cars divided among the heirs: a wife, six sons, one daughter, three full brothers, and fifteen grandsons, taking into account the contributions of some of the sons to construction and the agreement of the heirs on some distributions?

The money should be withdrawn from the savings account immediately, and the interest disposed of in charitable causes.

The inheritance is divided as follows: the wife receives one-eighth due to the existence of a lineal descendant heir, and the remainder goes to the sons and daughters by ta'sib (agnatic inheritance), with the male receiving the share of two females. There is nothing for the remaining heirs as they are excluded by the son.

If the adult, sane heirs voluntarily relinquish a portion of the inheritance to some of themselves, there is no harm in that.

A son's contribution to building the house, if it was a gift to the father and a form of assistance, does not entitle him to take anything more than his share in the inheritance.

The heirs who have resided in the apartments are obliged to pay rent to the other heirs, unless the latter waive their right to it.

As for the apartments built by the sons themselves, the details of their construction must be known to determine their ruling.

Finally, inheritance issues are serious and complex, and should not be divided without consulting the Sharia courts.
