What is the Sharīʿah's stance on purchasing real estate and movable property through public auctions conducted under the supervision of the Kuwaiti Ministry of Justice, as a result of judicial rulings?

Among the conditions for a valid sale is mutual consent between the two parties, as evidenced by the Almighty's saying: "O you who have believed, do not consume one another's wealth unjustly but only [in lawful] business by mutual consent." Accordingly, a sale made under duress is not valid unless the duress is lawful, such as compelling a debtor to sell his property to repay his debt. So, if judicial rulings for selling items through auction are in accordance with Islamic law, then there is no harm in purchasing through them.
