Is it Islamically permissible for a husband, who is married to two women and residing with one of them abroad while the other is in his home country, to stipulate that he can return to his wife in his home country whenever he wishes, and the wife's family has accepted this condition after a revocable divorce?

A husband is advised to treat his wife kindly. Reconciliation between spouses is permissible, as Allah the Almighty says: "And if a woman fears from her husband nushuz (ill-treatment or desertion) or aversion, there is no sin upon them if they make terms of peace between them, and peace is better." A woman may retract from reconciliation whenever she wishes and demand her due share (of attention/cohabitation) or divorce.
