What is the ruling on bank loans and the cases of what is permissible and impermissible concerning them, and what is the ruling on depositing money in a savings account while donating the profits?

Loans are permissible if they are granted in a Sharia-compliant manner, where the lender gives it to the borrower as an act of kindness without stipulating any benefit or increase. Otherwise, they are impermissible. The borrowed money must be known in its quantity and description. Depositing money in a savings account is permissible if the bank does not deal with usury (riba) or engage in unlawful transactions. Otherwise, depositing is not permissible, as Allah Almighty says: "And cooperate in righteousness and piety, but do not cooperate in sin and aggression." Donating permissible profits is not obligatory, and willingness to donate impermissible profits does not make them permissible; rather, it is a way to dispose of them if they entered a Muslim's wealth due to ignorance or repentance.
