What is the ruling of Islamic law on not paying the bail amount to the guarantor, knowing that the company does not demand the amount?

The rights of people are great, and the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, clarified that a martyr is forgiven all sins except debt, and that the procrastination of a rich person is injustice. Therefore, you must take the initiative to pay off your debt to your sponsor, and you have no excuse for delaying it as long as you are able to pay, unless your sponsor willingly agrees to the delay.
