Are the doubts or actions you experience, such as frowning or laughing when the name of God or His rulings are mentioned, or saying "Astaghfirullah" (I seek forgiveness from God) in your heart out of fear of mockery, considered blasphemy that expels one from the faith?

"The whisperings (waswas) have reached an immense degree within you, and you must strive against yourself and rid yourself of them by ignoring them. So, cast aside the whisperings and do not pay attention to them. Know that you are upon the religion (millah) and will not depart from it merely by these whisperings."
