The issue of breast augmentation is a cosmetic procedure, and its ruling differentiates between seeking beauty, which is forbidden, and removing a defect, which is permissible. It is recommended to supplicate and seek medical or natural treatment. If this is not feasible and the defect is disfiguring, then there is no harm in surgical intervention to make it natural.
