What is the ruling on using a book containing the Most Beautiful Names of Allah (Asma' Allah al-Husna) for fanning, and what is the ruling on touching a bag placed on the ground with one's foot?

The names and verses of Allah Almighty should be revered. Therefore, it is impermissible to use anything on which a part of them is written as a fan, nor to place it on the ground in a way that would be demeaning. However, there is no harm in placing it on the ground inside a bag if it is not exposed to degradation. Whoever intends to treat the names or verses of Allah with contempt has committed an act of disbelief (kufr), otherwise, one fears that he might incur sin.
