How is the inheritance distributed among: (son) 1, (son of son) 4, (son of son of son) 1, (daughter) 4, (daughter of son) 2, (daughter of son of son) 1, (wife) 1?

If the deceased left no heirs other than those mentioned, the wife receives one-eighth (1/8) due to the presence of a direct descendant, as Allah Almighty says: "But if you have a child, then for them [the wives] is one eighth of what you leave, after any bequest you [may have] made or debt." The remainder goes to the son and the four daughters by way of ta'sib (residuary inheritance), with the male receiving the share of two females, as Allah Almighty says: "Allah instructs you concerning your children: for the male, what is equal to the share of two females." The grandchildren (sons and daughters of the son) receive nothing as they are completely excluded by the deceased's direct son. The inheritance is divided into 48 shares: the wife receives 6 shares, the son receives 14 shares, and each daughter receives 7 shares. Matters of inheritance must be brought before the Sharia courts for investigation and to ensure there are no wills, debts, or other rights taking precedence over the heirs' rights.
